Who We Are
East Stokes Outreach Ministry (ESOM) is a 501(c) (3) non-profit food pantry and thrift store and was born out of a partnership between local churches and caring members of the Walnut Cove community in 1989. From the beginning, our purpose has been simple yet powerful: to provide food, clothing, and emergency financial assistance to neighbors facing tough times in the eastern portion of Stokes County, while reflecting the love of Christ.
Our thrift store supports the food pantry, and we have a huge selection of quality items for incredibly low prices. It’s never the same store twice!
